'The seller' refers to Stick-Me-Ups limited
'The buyer' refers to any legal entity purchasing from the seller.

Privacy

We respect your privacy, and take extreme care to protect your details. We do not sell or rent the information that you provide to us to any third party.

Ordering and payments

Ordering from Stick-Me-Ups is easy using our online ordering.
Payment is then made by credit card, via PayPal.

If you do not have a credit card we do accept Direct bank transfers. Please contact us at orders@stickmeups.co.nz to arrange.

Full payment must be received by the seller before the goods can be shipped to the buyer. All prices are in NZ Dollar and include sales tax.

Stick-Me-Ups Limited reserves the right to alter prices. The price confirmed at the time of ordering, however, will not be altered.

Out Of Stock Items

From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will have the choice to either cancel your order, choose an alternative product, or we can put your order on hold, pending the arrival of stock. If you have already paid for your goods by credit card your transaction will be reversed.

Delivery

The period stated within which you will receive your order are approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.

Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Stick-me-ups Ltd. has received payment in full for that product.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labor disputes, strikes, lock-outs, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.

All overseas gifts are accompanied by a Customs Declaration including a description of the contents and stating the cost as required by NZ Customs. Any additional import charges in the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipment are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

For Christmas deliveries in New Zealand, we recommend that you place your order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 4 working days, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stick-Me-Ups.

However we understand that sometimes the goods you have ordered may not be quite right. If that is the case, we ask that you contact us via e-mail; orders@stickmeups.co.nz so that we can resolve the problem by offering you an exchange of goods or a credit note to be used for future purchases from Stick-Me-Ups Ltd. Please note that no refund will be given for non faulty goods.

Contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and the goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt unused and in their original packaging. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.

If an item is found to be faulty, please contact us via e-mail; orders@stickmeups.co.nz within 48 hours so that we can discuss the problem. Any faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods with labels and packaging intact. On approval of the fault, you will be given a full refund.

Use of this site

The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to Stick-Me-Ups Ltd. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This web site is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use. Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described.

The colours of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the products as close to the actual colour, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings.
